At Serenity Crochet, each item is handmade with care and time. Because of the nature of handmade goods, all sales are considered final.

No Refunds or Returns Due to the time, materials, and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Serenity Crochet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped with tracking. For higher-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Serenity Crochet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order Issues If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist you.

Fraud Prevention Orders flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent may be canceled and refunded to protect both the customer and our business.
