Processing Time

All items from Serenity Crochet are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Serenity Crochet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, buyers must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Serenity Crochet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
